PE100 PIPE

Product overview

PE100 pipes are high-density polyethylene pipes engineered for pressure applications such as water and gas distribution. They offer superior strength, chemical resistance, and long service life—often exceeding 50 years. PE100 delivers excellent hydraulic performance, flexibility, and resistance to crack propagation, making it the preferred material for modern infrastructure projects.

Introduction to PE100

1

PE100 is a high-strength grade of polyethylene designed for pressurized pipe systems, offering excellent performance in water, gas, and industrial pipeline applications.

2

This material is known for its high resistance to stress cracking, chemical corrosion, and UV exposure, making it highly durable even under tough environmental conditions.

3

Compared to older materials like PE80 or PVC, PE100 offers significantly better strength-to-weight ratio, longer service life, and improved flexibility.

Applications

01

Water Supply Networks

PE100 is widely used for potable water transportation due to its high pressure resistance and hygienic properties.

02

Gas Distribution

Its exceptional resistance to crack propagation and safety standards make PE100 ideal for underground gas pipelines.

03

Industrial Pipe Systems

Suitable for transporting chemical fluids, industrial wastewater, and process liquids.

04

Irrigation & Agriculture

Durable and flexible solution for drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and agricultural water networks.

05

Sewage and Drainage

PE100 is resistant to abrasion and corrosion, making it ideal for gravity and pressure sewage systems.

Production Processes

01

Extrusion Process

PE100 pellets are melted and extruded into pipe form through a precision die. The molten material is shaped, cooled in calibration tanks, and pulled into the cutting line ensuring uniform thickness and diameter.

02

Coiling & Cutting

Depending on pipe diameter, PE100 pipes may be coiled for transportation or cut into straight lengths. Quality control procedures ensure structural integrity and pressure resistance.
