HDPE F7000

Product overview

HDPE F7000

Product overview

HDPE F7000 is a high-density polyethylene film-grade resin widely used in producing thin yet strong blown films. This grade offers excellent processability, superior tensile strength, balanced stiffness, and high puncture resistance—making it suitable for both industrial and consumer packaging applications. F7000 is known for its clean processing, consistent film quality, and suitability for high-speed extrusion lines.

Introduction to HDPE F7000

1

HDPE F7000 is a premium-grade polyethylene designed for producing high-strength thin films used in packaging and industrial applications.

2

It offers excellent tensile strength, stiffness, and durability while maintaining good clarity and uniform film gauge control.

3

F7000 is widely preferred in the blown film industry due to its great melt strength and easy processing on high-speed film lines.

Production Processes

01

Blown Film Extrusion

F7000 granules are extruded through a film die and inflated into a bubble. Controlled cooling ensures uniform thickness and superior mechanical properties.

02

Film Winding & QC

Flattened and cooled films are wound on rolls and undergo thickness, clarity, and mechanical strength inspections for quality assurance.
